My advise to you is to eat every 2hours, and have a diet plan and stick with it! And also try weight lifting and plyometrics! plyometrics is hell but it works! I do that once in a week! :) And when im competing i do it every wednesday and saturday! :) And remember to rest on sundays! :) I would recommend to get a personal trainer or find some solid training/diet program on bodybuiling.com :) I use that webside a lot!
